What began as a curious interest and a personal collection evolved into something much larger: an extensive inventory of historic industrial lighting and components, combined with a decade of relationships built across a fragmented network of collectors, dealers, restoration professionals, and salvage specialists. This unique combination allows Pandemic Design Studio to source, aggregate, and deploy historic industrial lighting at a scale rarely available through a single resource.

Today, this ecosystem supports everything from historic lighting procurement and adaptive reuse consulting to custom architectural lighting installations and large-scale feature elements.

Pandemic Design Studio has built an industrial lighting ecosystem that combines inventory, sourcing, expertise, and fabrication in a way that allows us to do things that neither collectors, dealers, consultants, nor lighting manufacturers can do alone.

Historic Lighting Procurement & Project Supply

For many adaptive reuse projects, the challenge is not finding one or a few lighting fixtures. The challenge is assembling enough of the same fixtures to create a coherent lighting system throughout an entire building.

Through custom chandeliers, feature lighting, light walls, and architectural installations, Pandemic Design Studio uses that language to create work that could never have existed within the original system.
